USA Orders

We offer free, same day shipping on orders over $150! 

Free (Standard) 1-5 business days Free on orders $150 or more
Standard 1-5 business days $6.95 on orders less than $150
2 Day Air 2 business days $15.00 on all orders
Next Day Air 1 business day on all orders $30.00
  • Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00pm PST (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day
  • Orders placed after 12:00 pm PST or on holidays are shipped the next business day
  • Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays)

International Orders

Free USPS Priority Mail 6-10 business days Free on orders of $250 or more
USPS Priority Mail 6-10 business days $25.00 on orders less than $250
USPS Express Mail 3-5 business days $40.00 on all orders
Upgrade to Express Mail 3-5 business days $15 on Orders of $250 or more
  • International orders are usually shipped the next business day

Note: You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.

In-Store Pickup

We offer In-Store Pickup as an option for our local customers. Select In-Store Pickup at Checkout and your items will be available immediately for pickup at our Hood River store. Bring a copy of your order, the credit card used for purchase and a photo ID to the store to pick up your order.

Easy Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 14 days of receipt for an online merchandise credit or refund, minus the shipping charges. Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached and include a printout of your email invoice so we know who you are.  Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. Please allow two weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will email you once your return has been processed.

As an added convenience to our local customers, we will be happy to issue an exchange or store credit for your online purchase at the Hood River store. Any exchange or store credit will be given in compliance with our current in-store return policy, which requires a receipt for the original price paid within 15 days of date of purchase for any non-sale items returned in their original condition.


If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.

International orders are usually shipped the next business day

No Sales Tax

We are based in Oregon and do not charge sales tax!

Gift Cards

Parts + Labour Gift Cards can be purchased and mailed to your friends and family and are available in any amount. Please call the store (541 387 2787) to purchase your gift card and we will mail them to the recipient.

Order Changes

We will be happy to make any changes to your order, if you contact us before it has been processed.

Online Security

Your credit card information and personal information is safe when purchasing with Protecting your information is our highest priority. All orders are transmitted over secure internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. We do not store or have access to your credit card information. It is immediately encrypted and processed by your credit card company.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell or rent the information you provide us to anyone.

Our Email List

We offer those who sign-up for our email list advanced notice of sales, new merchandise, special store events and other Parts and Labour news. Email addresses collected at when signing up for the Email List are only used internally. We respect your privacy rights and will not sell or rent your email address to other companies. If you would like to unsubscribe from our email list, please click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any of our Email List emails and we will remove your name from our email list.
