Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00pm noon PST (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 12:00 pm noon PST Monday through Friday, or on holidays, are shipped the next business day.

Please note: You are responsible for any import duties and taxes on international orders per the specific customs regulations of your country. Some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.
In-Store Pickup
We offer In-Store Pickup as an option for our local customers. Select In-Store Pickup at Checkout and your items will be available immediately for pickup at our Hood River store. Bring a copy of your order, the credit card used for purchase and a photo ID to the store to pick up your order.
Easy Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 14 days of receipt for an online merchandise credit or refund, minus the shipping charges. Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached and include a printout of your email invoice so we know who you are. Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. Please allow two weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will email you once your return has been processed.

As an added convenience to our local customers, we will be happy to issue an exchange or store credit for your online purchase at the Hood River store. Any exchange or store credit will be given in compliance with our current in-store return policy, which requires a receipt for the original price paid within 15 days of date of purchase for any non-sale items returned in their original condition.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.
International orders are usually shipped the next business day.

We are based in Oregon and do not charge sales tax!

It is immediately encrypted and processed by your credit card company.

We offer those who sign-up for our email list advanced notice of sales, new merchandise, special store events and other Parts and Labour news. Email addresses collected at Parts-Labour.com when signing up for the Email List are only used internally. We respect your privacy rights and will not sell or rent your email address to other companies. If you would like to unsubscribe from our email list, please click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any of our Email List emails and we will remove your name from our email list.
